Let’s create a wonderful experience for our new guests and repeat visitors and convert them to regular members.

Here are a few ideas we can start, explore and add more along the way.

 [ ] Encourage members to bring their guests early to have a personal intro, gather guest info, and give a quick tour.
 [ ] Welcome greeters
 [ ] Assigned front parking spots for new guests
 [ ] Introduce guests before the Pastor’s message
 [ ] Visitor reception - in Luke 15:7, 15:10 - there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner saved. We can use this experience for our guests after the service in the reception area.
 [ ] Give a small swag bag that includes prayer cards, list of ministries, bible tracts, & survey, water bottle, and small treats, or even a $5 giftcard to Starbucks
 [ ] Hospitality Ministry Leader will introduce the guest to the Pastors, Deacons and ministry leaderers.
Pastors, Deacons and Leaders to gather in one area for formal introduction.
 [ ] Take a group photo of guests with Pastors, Deacons and Leaders
 [ ] Send welcome letter via email
 [ ] Follow up call - schedule a call during the first visit.
